This is a U-shape convection (conventional) burner and vaporizer plate for 27XL Solaire Grills (not the 27-inch models). It can be a replacement for can existing Solaire convection burner, or be used to change out the infrared burner, thus making your grill "all convection." The burner and vaporizer plate are stainless steel.
